In June 2001 we set sail in our Westerly Conway ketch to circumnavigate the world.We left PinMill on the river Orwell in Suffolk and sailed to the Channel Islands and Brittany. We crossed the Bay of Biscay and reached La Coruna in Juky. Continuing down the Atlantic Coast of Spain and Portugal during August. We reached Barbate, our last mainland European port in September.....
